
I was by this river to do a survey of mosses and liverworts. I found a tiny patch of a rare liverwort called Radula voluta. Further upstream I found a few more patches of it. And then there was a small tributary stream coming in from one side and there was absolutely loads of R. voluta growing along it! My lucky day – always happy to see R. voluta!
